Reports revenues of Rs. 231.54 million for quarter ended June 30, 2006

PSI Data Systems Limited (BSE - PSID), the IT solutions business of the Aditya Birla Group, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006. The results were taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2006.

For the first quarter ended June 30, 2006, PSI Data Systems posted revenues of Rs. 231.54 million and a net profit of Rs.9.2 million as compared to revenues of Rs. 173.2 million and a net loss of Rs. 7.5 million in Q1 2005-06. This comes in the wake of PSI Data Systems’ continued improved performance in its pursuit of growth.
