About the Survey

Great Places to Work is an annual survey conducted by Grow Talent Company in partnership with the Great Places to Work Institute of the US and Businessworld. The study covered 180 companies all over India, took nine months to complete and surveyed 24750 employees through The Trust Index questionnaire.

Transparency in information sharing and Inclusive Transformation were the key contributing factors that PSIans attributed to PSI Data Systems being one of the best places to work at.

Certain actions by the management helped, of course. The employees were constantly kept updated of the company's true financial picture, orders that were there in the pipeline and strategies that would change the company's performance.

One of the HR initiatives initiated in April 2005 that has PSI Data Systems keyed up these days is 'inclusive transformation'.
