Offshore revenues increase 42%

PSI Data Systems Limited (BSE - PSID), the IT solutions business of the Aditya Birla Group announces its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

• Total revenues Rs. 952.14 million (Rs. 864.98 million in FY 2005-06) and net profit Rs.15.26 million (Rs.13.49 million in FY 2005-06).
• EBITDA Rs. 63.78 million, a 10% growth year-on-year.

• Total revenues Rs. 257.45 million (Rs. 257.47 million in Q4 FY 2006) and net profit Rs.19.72 million (Rs. 15.37 million in Q4 2006). Year-on-year, Q4 software revenues grew by 8.5%.
• In terms of sequential quarter growth, revenues grew 15% (from Rs. 222.99 million to Rs. 257.45 million) over the previous quarter ended December 31, 2006.

• Software revenues up 16%, with offshore revenues growing 42% over the previous year.
• Twenty new clients added during the year just ended (11 new clients in 2005-06).
• The Company continues to invest strongly in Marketing initiatives and R&D. PSI's Centers of Insight generated eight components and frameworks during the year.
• Setting up a new campus facility in Bangalore.
• Re-organized as Strategic Business Units - Financial Services and High Tech.
• Senior management and Sales team strengthened.
• PSI remains a preferred IT employer as a domain-led solutions player. Annual attrition at 18% compares favorably with industry average.
• In FY 2006-07, assessed for CMMI Level 5 and for ISO 27001 (Information Security Management).
