Sampath (Sam) Iyengar,

Sampath (Sam) Iyengar, Chief Executive Officer.

Sam Iyengar has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry spanning Business leadership, Strategy, Market development and Practice management in a global, multicultural context. Sam is former Chairman and CEO of the Foundation Software Group, a technology consulting company headquartered in the USA, and serving North America and the Asia-Pacific. More recently, he has led business transformation at Sonata Software Limited and consulted with top tier Indian outsourcing companies in the areas of Market and Solutions strategy. He earlier played a variety of consulting roles at Andersen Consulting, Citibank, CMC Ltd and Datamatics Ltd.

Sam has an MBA in Strategic Marketing from The University of Hull, UK and is based out of PSI’s New York metro offices.

Chief Operating Officer
S V Venkataraman (Venky),

Venky is responsible for PSI’s operations including Delivery, Solutions development, Human Capital and Marketing. In addition, he leads our Banking and Financial Services SBU. Venky brings over 19 years of experience in Banking and IT. Prior to PSI, he was VP and Head of the BFSI vertical for Perot Systems, India and for several years led sales and consulting for Banking Products at TCS. Starting his career as a banker, Venky spent about a dozen years in ANZ Bank in a number of strategic roles in Investment Banking.

Venky is a postgraduate in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad and did his B Tech. Honors from IIT, Kharagpur. Venky is based out of PSI’s Bangalore campus.
