PSIans are encouraged to opt for higher levels of ownership and a variety of roles, whether in the areas of Technology, Domain, Testing, Business Development or other functions. As an organization, we’re structured as profit centers aligned vertically or horizontally as per our focused strategy. We train you in client interaction, people management, delegation, mentoring, finance, project management and in all our technology and services areas for the appropriate skills.
We stress on team work. This is part of our Human Capital strategy. Team bonding games. Offsite meetings, Coffee with the Boss. All these foster camaraderie and a sense of belonging with the team and the organization.
PSIans are encouraged to participate and contribute, in decision-making, in solution delivery, and business achievement by sharing opinions, through focus groups as communication channels. Forums like the PSI Centers of Insight, Project Manager’s Forum, the Architects Forum, PSI Clubs and our community outreach program, PSI Mitr. While work hard is great, PSIans also take time out of busy schedules to let their hair down, or supporting worthy causes.
An open culture also ensures that there is continuous learning formally and informally. PSIans participate in various conferences, seminars and certifications. A regular calendar of in-house training programs is conducted every month. All this is geared to getting them ahead in their current role and also to build a career.
