Your selection in PSI is linked to competency. Expected levels of competency for each grade and position would have been clearly defined when vacancies are opened. PSI recruits technical and functional candidates with various years of experience in their professional areas. To ensure that we get the right match, our indenting managers define definitive selection criteria.
Normally for fresh and junior aspirants, our selection process requires a written test, technical interviews and soft skill assessments. For more senior candidates, it involves several interviews for us to completely understand your aspirations, skills and experience.
Any offer of employment from PSI is contingent upon receiving successful background checks. Following employment best practice, we also require our people to sign non-compete, confidentiality and conflict of interest agreements as part of employment contracts.
