PSI fosters an inclusive and transparent working atmosphere with care and concern for every individual. We uphold our obligation to assist employees in imbibing professionalism and encourage discipline in their approach to work. While we are at it though, Relaxation and Fun also form a core part of our work culture.

Life at PSI is always brimming with events where PSIans pursue their interests. PSIans have set up clubs with as varied a scope as possible. These are the MagnumOpus (Creative), Chorus (Culture), Columbus (Adventure) and Olympus (Sports) Clubs.  Clubs created by PSIans for PSIans. We also manage and run our community outreach initiative, PSI Mitr.

We are sure you will find one which is close to your heart, and we recommend that you make the most of them. You can not only just participate or compete, but also, if you’re driven by displaying your organizing and leadership abilities, help in conceptualizing, mobilizing and managing club events. We also encourage PSI teams to compete in inter-corporate events. All PSIans are eligible. Whatever brings out your Passion!
