Skills:

• Experience as Business Analyst on Investment Banking / Investment Management domain
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions for large projects with multinational Investment Banks
• Expert knowledge in Debt / Fixed Income, Bond Trading systems for Indian Debt market, and overseas Bond Markets
• Knowledge of Business Analysis tools, Use Case Documentation, Modeling Tools
• Ability to convert Business needs into Requirement Analysis, Specifications, and design documents
• Working knowledge of ADP Gloss Back Office system for Equity & Debt
• Very good knowledge of Straight-through-processing and Front Office-Back Office Integration
• Candidate should have written Functional Test Cases for debt / equity trading scenarios
• Proven skills in writing estimates for various Project activities from Requirement Gathering to Design / Build Documentation
• Exposure to production / application support / Problem management metrics / Change Management procedures
• Excellent oral / verbal communication
• Ability to manage a team of business analysts and driving results as per project plan
• Ability to interact & manage client expectations
• Pro-active & self-motivated
